Roasting Process & Shipping Philosophy:

Every order you place with Sustainable Beans is roasted specifically for you. No coffee is pre-roasted and kept on the shelves. This ensures you get the freshest coffee possible. It’s a process that takes time, but we believe it is worth the wait. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your coffee reaches you at its peak flavor.


Package Shipping:

1-12oz package: Ships via USPS 1st class.
2-8 packages: Ships via USPS Priority Mail (either flat rate or regional).
9 or more packages: Ship via UPS ground.


Order Processing & Shipping Times:

Order to Ship Time: Generally, 3-5 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons, this can be slightly longer.

Ship to Delivery Time: Typically 1-5 business days (e.g., 2 days to Southern California, and up to 5+ days to certain small cities on the East Coast).

We value reliability over speed. Fast often means it’s already roasted and stored. Our method ensures your coffee's peak flavor.


Carrier & Liability:

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, be it USPS, UPS, or any other, Sustainable Beans cannot be held liable for any damages or delays that might occur during shipping. We do not guarantee shipping times due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather, and more.


Return/Refund Policy:

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately via the messaging chat on the website, with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll address this on a case-by-case basis, always aiming for a satisfactory solution.

Unsatisfied with Product: If you’re not pleased with our product after receiving it, please reach out to us via the messaging chat on the website,

Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been fulfilled.


 Order Status & Queries:

After your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking details. It might take up to 48 hours for the tracking info to get updated. If your order seems late, email us with your details, and we'll investigate the matter.
